Modification request to the local title blacklist
The Main Page and privacy policy pages are fully protected, so it doesn't make sense to add them to the title blacklist and prevent new/unregistered users from editing. I would recommend adding the following lines below to only to prevent new/unregistered users from editing these pages' translations:
# Semi-protect translation pages of the Main Page and the privacy policy Translations:(?:Main Page|Privacy policy)\/.+ <noedit|autoconfirmed>

- There is definitely an email associated with your account but you have preferred not to receive emails from others (see Special:Preferences). Registering for events does not need an email though but the organisers can't remind you either and probably you might also not receive event confirmation emails.
