Request for an update of the NUMBEROF template
Hi. Could some admin update the NUMBEROF template so that the template could yield the statistics depth* I described here: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Tim_Ocean ? I'm experimenting with this statistics and the results are very promising, but I'd like to perform additional analysis with all Wikis. Alternatively you could just substitute the current depth definition in the template with my definition, but I guess you wouldn't like that. Tim Ocean (talk) 16:42, 17 November 2025 (UTC)

- @DreamRimmer: You have raised several reasons to protect the page (I count 63 reverted edits since September 2020; that's about once a month). Is there a reason not to? If not, then this is probably uncontroversial and you can just go ahead.
